- A range of images: from mass media, books, online imagery, sketches, mockups, photos in any form that can screened, scanned etc. into the blog with notes if needed
- Written work: showing you are thinking about art/dsign not simply cutting and pasting. Some kind of quick reference would be appropriate
- Development/process: not necessarily step by step but at least some direction
- Critical awareness: of contemporary trends in online art and its effect on design. (interconnectedness). Theorists such as Manovich are useful.

This site is a result of a physics simulator. These simulations can be accessed through shredder or potatoland webpage. Painting which is the result of the accumulated movements of the artists hand over time is similar to software that is, painting uses brushstroke to record motion of the artists band while software uses an algorithm that is, set of instruction that describes actions and logical relationships. In software, it is the algorithm, not brushstrokes, that creates the visual nature of the work. I love these simulations because of their vivid colors and its interactiveness between simulation and user.
